Update PIN instructions

To update your ATM PIN code, please visit http://www.tppcardsonline.com/TPPGeneric/SBC/cpinupdate.aspx. You will be prompted to enter the last 5-digit card number, expiration date, current PIN, and the card token number on the back of your card.

If you have any questions or do not know your current PIN, call 1-855-346-6070 to speak with a TPP card representative directly. Please make sure to have the 15-digit token number, located on the back of your card, available when calling.

Payments made easy

Your CMBPaycard account allows you to receive funds directly to your bank account in an easy to follow two-step process. After hitting "pay me now," your earnings will be loaded to your TPP e-wallet. Thereafter, you can log into your TPP account and initiate a bank transfer. Once initiated, bank transfers should arrive directly in your bank account in about 3 days.
